Recognizing that Gul Plaza has been a vital hub for livelihoods and entrepreneurship for decades, Daraz is offering a range of practical solutions to help impacted businesses restart online. The initiative includes a dedicated section on the Daraz app and website to help customers discover and support these sellers as they rebuild.

To address immediate operational challenges, Daraz will provide free onboarding, targeted training, and warehouse storage for existing or incoming inventory. Furthermore, affected traders will receive subsidized delivery services and free digital marketing support to restore their sales momentum over the next three months, covering the critical Ramazan and Eid shopping seasons. Managing Director Ehsan Saya emphasized that Daraz’s focus is to stand by these entrepreneurs many of whom were among the earliest to join the platform with practical and compassionate support during this heartbreaking time.
