The Board of Directors appointed Nadeem Khan, previously working as Group Chief Financial Officer of PTCL and Ufone, as CEO of PTCL, effective immediately for a period of 14 days.

Nadeem Khan is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of association with the PTCL Group. His prominent career milestones within the group include:
- 2003: Joined Ufone as Chief Financial Officer, a role he successfully held for a decade.
- Interim: Served a strategic stint on the Board of U Microfinance Bank Limited.
- 2017: Appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer for the PTCL Group, overseeing financial strategy through major transformations, including the recent Telenor Pakistan acquisition.
