The bank’s mobile app brings together a range of digital banking services, with JSense, Pakistan’s first in-app AI banking assistant, among its key features. JSense allows customers to interact with the app conversationally to find information on products, services, and discounts. The app also includes “Pay in a Blink,” a Face ID-based transaction approval feature that allows customers to approve transactions without using traditional One-Time Passwords (OTPs), alongside services such as Raast transfers, QR payments, and debit card management.
