In a major stride toward a greener future, The University of Lahore (UOL) has partnered with CLIMENA LLC to launch Pakistan’s largest multi-disciplinary Climate Talent Initiative. This flagship project under the “Continuum” ecosystem is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, creating specialized talent pipelines for climate adaptation, ESG compliance, and green economic transformation.

Programme Objectives and Target Audience

The initiative aims to address the urgent need for climate-aware professionals in the region:

Target Groups: The programme targets UOL alumni, public sector professionals, and industry leaders.
Applied Training: Participants will receive specialized instruction through short courses and executive workshops.
Regulatory Alignment: The curriculum specifically addresses SECP’s ESG disclosure requirements and net-zero commitments within Pakistan and the Middle East.
