Worldcall Telecom returns to the PSX Non-Compliant Segment after its court-granted interim relief was dismissed, facing a December 14 deadline to clear fees. The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has officially returned Worldcall Telecom Limited (WTL) to its Non-Compliant Segment, effective September 16, 2026. The regulatory reclassification follows the dismissal of WTL’s interim relief application by the court on September 11, 2026, which had previously shielded the company from exchange-enforced coercive actions. The underlying non-compliance stems from WTL’s failure to settle the additional listing fee associated with its paid-up capital increase by the final deadline of November 20, 2025. The PSX has granted WTL a strict 90-day window until December 14, 2026, to clear its outstanding dues. The exchange has warned that failure to meet this deadline will trigger further disciplinary measures under PSX regulations, potentially including the issuance of a Risk Warning Alert (RWA).

Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has once again placed Worldcall Telecom Limited (WTL) in the Non-Compliant Segment, effective September 16, 2026, following the dismissal of the company’s application seeking interim relief from the court.

According to a PSX notice, the Honorable Court on September 11, 2026 dismissed WTL’s application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The application had previously provided temporary protection against coercive action by PSX.

WTL’s non-compliance relates to its failure to pay the additional listing fee applicable to the increase in its paid-up capital within the final deadline of November 20, 2025.

PSX has directed the company to rectify the non-compliance by paying the outstanding dues within 90 days, setting the compliance deadline at December 14, 2026.

The exchange warned that failure to comply within the stipulated period could result in further action under the PSX Regulations, including but not limited to the issuance of a Risk Warning Alert against WTL.

The development adds fresh regulatory pressure on Worldcall Telecom and is a negative signal for the company from a stock-market perspective.
