KARACHI: Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT (NNAR) is set to start trading on the Main Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today, September 17, 2026, following its formal listing announced by the exchange on September 16.

According to the PSX notice, trading in NNAR units will commence today and transactions will be settled on a T+1 basis, with the first settlement date scheduled for September 18.

The REIT will trade under the security symbol “NNAR”, with a market lot of one unit. Its opening price has been set at Rs23 per unit, as determined through the book-building process.

The units have a face value of Rs10 each, while normal circuit breakers will apply to the opening price in the Ready Market.

NNAR will be quoted under PSX’s Real Estate Investment Trust sector, with transactions settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

PSX has also deemed the REIT Shariah-compliant under the Shariah Screening Criteria of the KMI All Share Index. It will consequently be included in the PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index (KMIALLSHR) from its listing date.
