Supernet Technologies Limited (STL) reported a consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of Rs467 million for the year ended June 30, 2026, compared with Rs78 million in restated FY2025, marking nearly five-fold growth in annual profit.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) increased to Rs4.03 from Rs1.39, while consolidated revenue rose to Rs8.08 billion from Rs4.89 billion in the restated previous year.
STL said the FY2025 comparative figures were restated following the merger that became effective from January 1, 2025, incorporating the operations of Supernet Limited from that date. The company cautioned that the restated figures are not directly comparable with FY2026 and that the reported increase should not be interpreted as like-for-like organic growth.
The company’s gross profit more than doubled to Rs1.94 billion from Rs894 million, while the gross margin improved to 24% from 18.28% a year earlier.
Operating performance also strengthened, with operating profit reaching Rs841 million, compared with the restated prior-year figure, while the operating margin improved to 10.41% from 9.68%.
STL’s board recommended the company’s first post-merger cash dividend of Re0.25 per share for FY2026, citing its strengthened financial position following the merger.
After the close of FY2026, the company also completed a Rs914.77 million rights issue at Rs10 per share, raising the targeted amount in full.
Supernet Technologies operates as an ICT communications and solutions provider following the merger with Supernet Limited. The company said it continues to face challenging economic conditions, competitive pressures and uncertainties affecting Pakistan’s telecommunications and technology sectors.
