A wave of grief and anger has swept through the Nar Muhammad Ghazni Khel village in Lakki Marwat following the brutal murder of a young 8th-grade student, Muhammad Saad. The tragic incident occurred on January 29, 2026, raising serious concerns about youth safety and the deadly consequences of personal disputes in the region.

According to the FIR registered by the victim’s father, Rahmat, Muhammad Saad was allegedly targeted in front of his home around 3:00 PM. The accused, identified as Bashir Khan, reportedly opened fire with a pistol, hitting the young boy multiple times in the chest. The motive behind the cold-blooded murder was reportedly Saad’s refusal of a friendship proposal from the accused.

Legal & Police Action:

Police Station: Shaheed Asmatullah Khan Naurang Police have officially registered the case.
Charges: The case has been filed under sections 302 (Murder) and 311 (Fasad-fil-Arz) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
Status of Accused: Bashir Khan fled the scene immediately and is currently at large.
Ongoing Investigation: Special police teams have been formed to conduct raids and apprehend the culprit.
