LSE Capital Files IPO Papers for Third SPAC Seeking Rs500 Million.

LSE Capital Limited has submitted the initial public offering (IPO) application and draft prospectus for the listing of LSE SPAC-III on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The company formally disclosed the regulatory submission in a material information notification to the exchange on August 3, 2026.
Capital Structure and Fundraising
The newly structured Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) intends to raise a total capital pool of Rs 500 million:
- Pre-IPO Portion: Rs 400 million will be raised through pre-IPO investors, which includes anchor seed capital commitments from LSE Capital.
- Public Portion: Rs 100 million will be offered directly to the general public through the retail offer component.
Deployment of Proceeds
In accordance with the framework defined under the Public Offering Regulations, 2017, the proceeds raised will be held to identify, negotiate, and execute the acquisition of an operating target business or companies at a subsequent stage.
Expanding the SPAC Portfolio
The filing marks the third vehicle in the series following the public offerings of LSE SPAC-I and LSE SPAC-II, highlighting LSE Capital’s continued focus on developing specialized equity acquisition vehicles within the Pakistani capital markets.
