Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Board of Revenue Sindh (BoRS), formalizing the digital collection and management of Sindh Stamp Duty through the PSW platform.
The agreement was executed by Mr. Naveed Abbas Memon, Chief Domain Officer PSW, and Mr. Nazir Ahmed Qureshi, Member RS&EP Board of Revenue Sindh. The ceremony was graced by Mr. Khalid Haider Shah, Senior Member, Board of Revenue Sindh, alongside senior officials from both organizations.
Transition to PSW Infrastructure
The SLA marks a key transition of the province’s electronic stamp duty collection framework from Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL) to PSW’s digital platform.
- Dedicated Monitoring Interface: The new arrangement provides the Board of Revenue Sindh with a specialized dashboard interface.
- Real-Time Visibility: BoRS can now monitor stamp duty collections in real time and perform streamlined daily and monthly collection reconciliations against government receipts.
- Enhanced Transparency: The system strengthens institutional coordination, minimizes manual intervention, and improves revenue audit efficiency.
Expanding Provincial Integration
The onboarding of the Board of Revenue Sindh continues PSW’s trajectory of bringing federal and provincial government entities onto a unified digital framework. By leveraging cross-departmental integration, PSW continues to expand its digital infrastructure to simplify public sector financial transactions and trade governance across Pakistan.
