On a standalone basis, revenue grew to PKR 31.64 billion and profit after tax surged to PKR 4.00 billion, aided by brand sale proceeds and lower finance costs. Consolidated accounts showed a complete earnings turnaround, with the group swinging to a net profit of PKR 535.74 million (reversing a restated prior-year loss of PKR 1.37 billion) as discontinued operations losses were eliminated. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for October 22, 2026, in Karachi.
